That's kind of the beauty about this site. One doesn't have to go into depth about their argument. They can state their prerogative as thoroughly or as shallowly as they desire. Of course, we would all like to see the reasoning behind an argument to make our own determinations of how sound the reasoning is (or how superficial it is). Furthermore, Horology_Ancienne, you're VERY VERY BUSY with your other endeavors, and WatchProSite may not be a high priority sometimes. You've only revisited this post a month later. During this past month, many of the participants have already forgotten their train of thoughts. I'm not saying that there's a time limit, but after a month in a very casual conversation, people don't remember the details of what they were thinking.
We always appreciate every member's thoughts on our forum. Even the super-biased ones! And I'm not saying yours is the most biased I've seen. Far from it! I'm glad you think you're not blind to the Patek Philippe religion. I'll take your word that you aren't. However, I know there are many who think they aren't blind yet are actually totally unaware of how the industry works. Anyone claiming that they do without having worked at a retailer or at a brand is fooling themselves. Many think that because they've been buying for decades and have spent a fortune, that they must know a lot. Humility and humbleness should be remembered by all but we're on a forum where there's a self selected crowd that usually has big egos (big egos often comes with owning big watches).
