I have come to this (very personal) ranking so far:
1. DD 40 with Roman numerals: the olive (I just have to see it on my wrist), the blue (fantastic!) or the silver dial (I'm not sure about the quadrant pattern). BUT will I be able to give up my old love (DD 36) for one of them?
2. Sub Blue Two Tone
3. Sub Blue White Gold (Smurf) - I have to try it on first to get an authentic feeling for it.
I'm going to decide this at the end of August. At least I hope that I will be able to do so

I absolutely love the Rolex DD on the first picture. And i would add a black or dark blue other watch with it, for contrast. If i were you, i would add the Rolex Submariner no-date with the black dial.

But I would upgrade to the Day-Date 40. Why? Because its the sharpest DD out there and it has got the perfect (mens) size. And I\'d choose the olive green dial. It looks fresh. I might even put that dial in my Day-Date some day! Have fun deciding! ...

If you can swing it, trade the silver dd36 for a dd40. You can do the awesome quadrant silver dial with Roman's. Now, get the TT blue sub and you have the lovely blue dial. That makes a great 2 watches.
