UN: The Freak, and The Marine.

JLC: Amvox I, II, Memovoxes, and Reversos ( specailly the 8 days, and GTs)

IWC: Potruguese.

AP: ROs and ROOs

BREGUET: Tradition and Marine.

BLANCPAIN: FF

PANERAI: Pam 249 ( Cali ) and 232.

GO: Senator Navigator, and GO SE.

GP: Vintage 45

LANGE: 1815, Dato.

GG: Gefica.

DR: Papillon.

HW: Opus 5.

ROLEX: Difficult to isolate one..I'd say: Sub and / or GMT.

VACHERON CONSTANTIN: Patrimony, Chrono Malte, or Historique...

JOURNE: CS or Double Resonnance.

KV.

DE BETHUNE.

Which is, in your opinion, THE Purist Watch, and why?

a candidate could be "the simplicity" hi Nicolas, I will play - nice on a sunday . I can think of several but I guess you are looking for ONE The "Simplicity" is my canidate for THE purist watch, Because: -it is extreme refinement from an industrial level to such an extend it becomes a piece ...

I think every brand has its own model of so called "Purist's watch" so it depends on each person to define the most favorite version. Ex. It's rather a surprise to learn there aren't many watches/clocks-related stamps issued by Swiss Post. Personally, the one - the 4th photo from top - issued by Isle of Man is very historically interesting (heard that Dr. G Daniels was somehow partly involved in the process in practice). Any input or comment is welcomed.
