I think the case box whithout lugs
is very similar to the 5396/5496 one. I found it a little "cold" in these latter references.
On the contrary, with the new lugs and the beautiful dial I think it is the good modern that way (and not the cold one). But this is very personal and this is something you should check by yourself.
The light reflections, how the curves work together etc... is something to be checked in the metal imho.
There will be many people in ADs for trying when it is made available in stores

about the size of the pusher, my post was out of sequence and I was actually passing comment on the new 5230 having a larger button to advance the time zone - 5131R is unchanged.
Overall I like it a lot.
In particular the guilloche dial is beautifully done and I love the lugs. I am not yet convinced by the case - it does seem very angular from the photos, maybe it will feel less so in the metal.

I share your feelings about the proportions of the city ring and the dial.
And that is one of the attractions of the 5930 for me (apart from the addition of the chrono). The dial looks to be a better size.
