Yes I've looked at some Patek Philippe annual calendars and love the 5146G (and also the 5205G or the 5396) but they are now more expansive than a second hand Lange Datograph and on the back it's the same as a Nautilus 5711/A!

Utility is a function of the user as well as the tool. I use a chronograph many times a day to time the duration of tasks (phone calls, reviewing documents, writing reports, etc.) for billing purposes. There's no other complication that would be as useful...
