how come any negative feedback is considered whining?

 

What is a client suppose to do?  


I'm simply getting some opinion.  I've posted great experiences and certainly shared my excitement about all my watches.  I expect good service.  Why do Michelin rate restaurants by service besides food otherwise?  

I'm sorry some of you don't agree with what I say.  I think we "should" expect this level of service from a brand like Lange.  Will I abuse this and return all my watch straps later?  Of course not.  I've bought many and never returned any... 

So, let's keep to perspective here.  I have my right to post this.  This is not whining.  And I will share this with the manufacture.
