Dear fellow collector,
To me wearing the watch and appreciating its finishes goes far beyond the boutique sales experience. Whatever happened with you is sad and had lead to such a situation whereby you actually are put off by the brand. Consider the merits and negatives and iam sure you'll surface out with a positive thought. In my experience I have experienced the best service form the Lange boutique and strangely the brand manager even once gifted me a new strap for my Lange grand 1 when he noticed that my strap length was short for my wrist ( for the piece I bought from an authorized retailer). Don't let such incidents one in to affect the enjoyment of your piece wearing.

So you would expect the next customer walking into the Lange store to accept a strap that was used? Would you accept someone else's used strap? If the answer is no then you can see Lange is not at fault. Personally I think they did the right thing.
