Dear fellow collector,

To me wearing the watch and appreciating its finishes goes far beyond the boutique sales experience. Whatever happened with you is sad and had lead to such a situation whereby you actually are put off by the brand. Consider the merits and negatives and iam sure you'll surface out with a positive thought. In my experience I have experienced the best service form the Lange boutique and strangely the brand manager even once gifted me a new strap for my Lange grand 1 when he noticed that my strap length was short for my wrist ( for the piece I bought from an authorized retailer). Don't let such incidents one in to affect the enjoyment of your piece wearing.
