In the other hand, don't take all i said to the word. You don't go on selling a whole collection that you must love, just because of 400$ strap incident. Its a feeling, a way of talking, but you do not trigger on such a thing, clearly... But still i wouldn't buy anything from that shop and would right to headquarter to tell them about the incident.
Anyway, enjoy your watches, and you can always keep that unwanted strap for going to the beach or the gym
