To your other responders. I am not upset about Lange, just disappointed with this incident. Particularly disappointed as this is a flagship boutique, not just some retailer.
Many say my sense of entitlement is too high or that I should accept this occasion since Lange has treated me so well in the past. Others have said that I should not be posting this sort in the forum and keep to good news. While I appreciate all that, I do not agree.
Will I sell my Langes? Probably not. Will I still be as passionate when I talk about my Langes, I hope so. Will I always have glowing things to say about service when people ask me how I was treated, mostly I think, but I will now add this caveat... and that's a disappointing thing...
Let's see how the course runs on this... I'm still hopeful.
