I saw a Zeitwerk striking time in Dubai. I wore a WG langematik PC in Hong Kong.
I went with the PC since I don't have a PC yet in my collection.
You already have a PP5059 so i guess the Zeitwerk would be a logical choice.
Maybe fly out to Dubai and go see it at the Lange boutique there?

It depends on what you are for: Traditional = PC, or original and then, Zeitwerk.
I would go for the PC. Because I am not very fan of the digital display of time, which reminds me the good old electric clocks. ;)

I must've just drew a blank that day. Moonphase! Thanks drgiggles! I agree, the two watches are very different from another. I personally prefer the ZW. But I have to admit, that it's not a watch that I can recommend without reservations to someone else.....

I'm curious, what are the specific Zeitwerk reliability problems that you've experienced or heard about? I did have an issue with the Striking Time stopping shortly after I first got it. The problem hasn't recurred since Lange fixed it.

Discs sometimes get misaligned. Watches sometimes fail to tell the correct time completely when discs seize/stuck.
Interesting and thanks. I hadn't heard that before. I wonder if it still happens...
