Personally, I would go for the Zeitwerk
It is so different; unique in a good way
The Langematik Perpetual is nice, and the movement is excellent to be sure, but I never have thought Lange nailed it in the design of that piece...it just looks a bit too ordinary
The Zeitwerk on the other hand is extraordinary and is very different from your current Lange pieces

It depends on what you are for: Traditional = PC, or original and then, Zeitwerk.
I would go for the PC. Because I am not very fan of the digital display of time, which reminds me the good old electric clocks. ;)

Lange 1 MP? My advice is to get neither piece.

I must've just drew a blank that day. Moonphase! Thanks drgiggles! I agree, the two watches are very different from another. I personally prefer the ZW. But I have to admit, that it's not a watch that I can recommend without reservations to someone else.....

I'm curious, what are the specific Zeitwerk reliability problems that you've experienced or heard about? I did have an issue with the Striking Time stopping shortly after I first got it. The problem hasn't recurred since Lange fixed it.
Disc switching mechanism...
Discs sometimes get misaligned. Watches sometimes fail to tell the correct time completely when discs seize/stuck.
Interesting and thanks. I hadn't heard that before. I wonder if it still happens...
... or if it was a problem with the earlier models that is now fixed.
