have had excellent service from Chopard. I sent in a watch for normal service, and it came back defective (I no longer remember details). I called them and was immediately told "Here's our FedEx acct, overnight it to us, we'll have it back to you within 2 weeks" Not only did it come back, fixed, in under 2 weeks but they included a free strap. Not only did they include a free strap, but they noticed that I was wearing my watch at the second to last hole, and so made the free strap short, so it would fit better.
