You mean the Cartier Santo-bitus??
I am surprised at all of this. T. Stern has a tantrum and decides he doesn't want to be a "one-watch" brand, so he ends his bread and butter Nautilus and Aquanaut models. This did not do anything, except to discourage Patek customers and future customers.
So, then Patek decides to come up with a redesigned Santos? I don't dislike this watch itself, but.... why did he change what is not broken?
I don't understand where Patek's heads are now and what the brand is doing?
IMO, where it lacks in customer orientation, it is full of arrogance and ridiculous policies at its boutiques, unfortunately.
I have lost respect for the current Patek as a company. It's sad, really sad, as it had been (and now was) considered to be
THE top brand of the horological world.
