Thank you Nicolas for simplifying. We do agree to the fine print when we buy airplane tickets.
Legally any restaurant in the USA can refuse service to any patron at any moment; not a lot of people know this, but it's true. I'm not legally entitled that I can eat at every restaurant. But let's say you go to a nice restaurant, on time for your reservation, get seated, order off the menu, and during the first course they ask you to leave because they need the seat for someone else (maybe some celebrity has come to eat). You refuse. They explain to you legally they can refuse to serve you at any time and they offer you a chance to return with compensation. You refuse for whatever reason. They then literally call police/security/bouncer to drag you out of your seat in front of the other patrons?
Any precedent for this?
