Dear all, first I would like to thank you again for all your advises, opinions and contribution for my humble potential purchase...
I noticed that this post had encouraged some interesting debates and exchanges, which I found very helpful. I felt like I have learnt a lot just by reading your ideas and responses.
I believe a friendly and open-minded discussion is what makes this forum so popular.
And believe me, I took every of your opinion seriously. As I mentioned before, I am very new to the world of watch and I could be side-tracked quite easily (yes, I just ordered a H. Moser & Cie Mayu LE in Palladium!!) I need the guidance of you experts here badly in order to avoid stupid mistakes.
Once again, I appreciated your honest feedbacks yet seeing this post becoming an aggressive debating place will be the last thing I want, and certainly not my intention.

Do not pay attention to anyone at all. If it's your dream watch, it is you and only you that matters. Go for it. If it makes you happy, go for it. There are guys on this forum who are obsessed by watch size. The only thing that matters is whether you like...

Size is no different to shape, material or any other watch property. It's a personal matter of taste. Buying watches is such a personal (even egoistic) pleasure for me. If I like it, can afford it and can get the Mrs to approve it, that's all that matters...

Size is a very subjective issue. I wear watches from 36mm to 45mm. The most important question is: Does the watch make me smile?

What Baron says is spot on. Your wrist can and should carry any watch (regardless of size) that makes you happy. If it is your dream watch, that is all that matters.
Style should be a form of self expression, rather than adherence to the aesthetic sensibilities of others. (So, even though my opinion is irrelevant, I like the way it looks on your wrist. ) Best, patekova.

If you think it feels right it is. Works well on your wrist in my opinion! And typically pictures make it look bigger than it looks in real life because of the angle.

I also think that your tailored cuff makes it appear larger.
It accentuates the size of the watch. A looser cuff might help and draw less attention to the wrist size.
