Size is no different to shape, material or any other watch property. It's a personal matter of taste.
Buying watches is such a personal (even egoistic) pleasure for me. If I like it, can afford it and can get the Mrs to approve it, that's all that matters!

Size is a very subjective issue. I wear watches from 36mm to 45mm. The most important question is: Does the watch make me smile?

What Baron says is spot on. Your wrist can and should carry any watch (regardless of size) that makes you happy. If it is your dream watch, that is all that matters.
