If you think it feels right it is. Works well on your wrist in my opinion! And typically pictures make it look bigger than it looks in real life because of the angle.
I have a thin wrist too so size is a familiar dilemma for me (although I did not have the pleasure of debating something as amazing as your potential future Nautilus). When I bought watches which were outside my comfort zone size-wise, they felt "normal" very quickly and actually some watches I bought a while ago and felt right now feel small.
Go get it to realise a dream!

Size is no different to shape, material or any other watch property. It's a personal matter of taste. Buying watches is such a personal (even egoistic) pleasure for me. If I like it, can afford it and can get the Mrs to approve it, that's all that matters...

Size is a very subjective issue. I wear watches from 36mm to 45mm. The most important question is: Does the watch make me smile?

What Baron says is spot on. Your wrist can and should carry any watch (regardless of size) that makes you happy. If it is your dream watch, that is all that matters.

Honestly, this is boderline to my eyes...seems large, but it is a very thin watch, so perhaps it wears OK.
If you are in love, and it is comfortable to wear, go for it.

I also think that your tailored cuff makes it appear larger.
It accentuates the size of the watch. A looser cuff might help and draw less attention to the wrist size.
