And I can even add some vintage models, even though it is quite new for me and that I don't like a lot of models yet.
I must say that I agree with you and that I think that most of Patek's novelties are going a different but good way. We still have the choice of going 2nd hand for older references if we prefer but can also have a newer design if this is what we like.
There is a wide diversity of use, cultural origins, age that is important to understand. Their tastes maybe very different but still valuable.
I like the 5930 too and the 5230 that was launched the same year as well. A few new watches Patek is making today are models that may bring newer and younger clients to the brand and that's important imho.
