The movement caliber 3235 in rolex is far superior, with the latest tech and a true inhouse with proven reliability for decades.
The IWC movement is standard Richemont movement shared with pilot XX, baume mercier riviera, and similar with Cartier movement. No high tech there except the silicon hairspring. And still use ubiquitous faraday cage for antimagnetic.
So in terms of movement, IWC Ingenieur is really overpriced.
